Does a plugin like Contact Form 7 exist for Multisite?

  • Hello,

    I am looking for a plugin (like Contact Form 7) that can be managed on the network (multisite) and dispatched on all the sub-websites.

    With Contact Form 7, you need to create a form on each sub-website and this is boring. It will not work with my project.

    I really need a plugin that allow me to create easily a contact form that I can configure/manage on the network without creating individual contact form on each sub-website.
