Account plugin for watching videos

I’m looking to see if there is a plugin that exists that will add points to a person’s account every time they watch a video in their account, get points for those who track/post their progress, randomly match users to each other, has multiple options for galleries in the individual account.

Trying to get an online fitness website running where they can get points for every video they watch, which will be used as discounts off of their monthly cost. I’m trying to find out if there is a plugin out there that will do these things (with a demo) or if I need to pay for a programmer to do the work.

If this doesn’t belong in this forum, can you suggest one? All I keep finding is multiple plugins already made kind of sites, and no forums.
