Does a plugin exist for a “comment cloud”?

Is there a way or a plugin to display comments in a sort of bulletin board / comment cloud way?

We have in our museum a place for people to write on post-its and put them on our wall, and I am thinking of ways to replicate that on our site.

The easy way is simply to have people click a share link and have them post their thoughts on their twitters/fb with us hashtagged, but we are very small, and I feel the effect would be lost. I would like to collect the comments and display them, preferably in a somewhat automatic manner, but I am leaning towards simply creating a gallery and making jpgs of the individual comments (there won’t be that many).

I’m also looking at a few “post notes” plugins I could use to create the same effect. Are there any such plugins?

If anyone has any recommendations whatsoever or an idea, we would very much appreciate it.
