Does a "for sale" theme need to be approved by WordPress

I am writing 2 premium themes to sell through a theme store (and theme aggregators), does this also need to be approved by the nice chaps at www.remarpro.com? Or is that only necessary to be listed as a free theme? I apologise for what I am pretty sure is a dumb question!
