Does a Custom Registration Plugin Exist?

Hi.

I was wondering if anyone knows of a custom registration plugin exists at all?

Basicly, I need a few more options for a new subscriber to fill in (when registering) other than password and email. Something like, Age, Gender and a couple of others…

Does anyone know of such a plugin? If not, would be quite a useful one do you think?
