Does 0% Bounce Rate point to multiple tracking codes?

    I have GA by Yoast installed. I am getting a 0% bounce rate on some but not all of my pages. I have heard that this may indicate that I have the analytics tracking code on some of my pages twice. Is this correct and how can I resolve this? I manually installed the tracking code when the site first went live and later I installed GA by Yoast. Does the plugin clean this up or do I need to go back and delete all the manually entered tracking codes?
