I have a Woocommerce site. In some cases, depending on the feture image, the zoom doen’t show up, as if the plugin is not installed.
In some other cases it works fine.
    Any idea?
    The theme is Avada
    Thx

With bigger image it works. Is there a way to force it to work with smaller images?

I know that I may loose quality in such cases but it’s OK
    Thx

Yes, you can force the zoom to work on smaller images by changing the Zoom Level to anything but the default option (as shown in this screenshot).

When I try to modify it pops up a message that its available only in the Pro version.

Yes, the Zoom Level is a feature available only in the Pro version. Alternatively you can try uploading a bigger image, as recommended before.

    One last question:
Is it the ratio between width and height that matters or the absolute dimensions?
In any case can you give the exact minimum demands?

The uploaded image needs to be bigger than the presented image. For example, on your page the uploaded image is 380×500 px and it is presented at 385×557 px. The default Zoom Level is the ratio between the presented image and the uploaded image.

“The exact minimum demands”: in your case an image anything bigger than 385×557 px will do in order to have a zoom. The bigger the image, the bigger the Zoom Level. Play with different dimensions to see what you like the best.
