Docxpresso is not compatible with WordPress version 5

    Dear csandreas,
    By the time being it is only compatible if you install the Classic Editor Plugin.

    The only solution if you want to use the Gutenberg new editor is to include the shortcode by hand:

    • Upload an ODT using teh Media Upload interface from the dashboard
    • Copy the full URL of the uploaded file
    • Go to to the new editor and click on the shortcode block
    • Write in the shotcode [docxpresso file=”XXXXX”] where XXXXX should be the path to the file you uploaded

    It is not as simple as before but it will do.

    Sorry but we have not yet sorted out how to fully integrate the plugin with the new “block” editor ??

    WE have just uploaded V2.3 that is fully compatible with the new WP5 editor also known as Gutenberg ??
