Documents managing via WordPress

  • Hi all
    I’m currently looking for a documents managing plugin, to extend Media Manager capabilities.
    Do you know any existant plugins for it ?

    If not, I’m thinking about developing it : is anybody here interested in help me in analysis of this problem?
