Documents are not viewable unless contact is edited

    Good day,

    Contact List – Documents are not viewable unless contact is edited. Can this be changed? surely I should be able to view the documents without editing the contact?

    Can anyone please assist me?

    Hi,

    the solution is that documents are viewable without the contact being edited. They are found under ‘Files’ when not bein edited and under ‘Documents’ when being edited.
