Documentor button is missing in page editor

  • Hi,

    I have installed the documentor lite plugin. Everything looks good until I try to embed [document_1] into a new page. The little “Documentor Lite” button to link the code is missing from the “Visual” tab.

    I’ve turned on debug logging and don’t see an error. I’m running WP on nginx if that makes any difference. I’ve also tried installing earlier versions of the plugin.

    Update: I got things working by putting [documentor 1] in the text window. I was using an underscore. (pebcak error). I still don’t have a button, though. Maybe that’s a premium feature?

    Thanks for writing to us.

    Yes, Quick tag in visual section of post or page is available only in premium version of Documentor. In free version you need to manually put shortcode of Documentor.
