Documentation pages now broken?

How long has the documentation and other info previously available here been missing?

https://www.campbellhoffman.com/form-manager/Also, why is there a robots.txt policy that prevents me from at least pulling up these pages from Google’s cache, archive.org, anything else? Respectfully, that is really bad form if the doc pages are not going to be given really high uptime and availability.
Could you please provide this information on the WordPress plugin pages themselves?
