Documentation on filters / actions

  • Sorry if I’ve missed something obvious, but your site says “Developer friendly –
    Better Search has tonnes of actions, filters, and smart coding making it a developer-friendly plugin” and I can’t find any documentation on this.

    Among other things, I’m interested to know if I can get Better Search to also search in custom fields.

    I must confess that the documentation on the filters and actions has not been written up.

    On the custom fields, yes you should be able to do it but you’ll need to write up some code for what you need.

    Do note that I am working on a new version that will wrap around WP_Query which should make it easier to search through meta_fields in the future.
