Documentation Issues

Okay, is it just me, or does “codex.www.remarpro.com” have problems? I can to addresses there a couple of times before it starts hanging or giving errors. Seeing as this doesn’t happen with any other websites I am on, I think this is a problem with WordPress’ server?

I apologize if this is somehow only happening to me, but it’s really annoying. Is there anywhere I can just download all the documentation in html format or something? thanks.
