Documentation is incorrect but it's possible to get it working

Thanks to the authors for writing this plugin.

I was able to get this working after a few attempts but the documentation could be more clearly written. Also, the uneditable option checkbox referred to in the documentation is not showing up in the dynamic insertion dialog and there’s no mention of how to set that option manually. That one would be hugely useful if it worked. This would be a 5 star rating if those two issues get resolved.

Having said that, the plugin provides a critical functionality that I appreciate.
