documentation? I don’t find how to setup templates, what shortcodes exist, etc.

The plugin is installed, but the shortcode I found in this forum does not work “[subscribe2 hide=’unsubscribe’]”.
I want to have separate “subscribe” & “unsubscribe” pages, so speculate “[subscribe2 hide=’subscribe’]” should also be an option, but it does not work either.
