• Im having trouble getting the price and quantity to show up on the product page…when using the ultra cart advanced custom field within the product page (woocommerce).
The only place i can get it to work is from within the product short description field, which is the “DESCRIPTION” tab.
ULTRACART advanced custom field on woocommerce product page

Im not exactly sure where it should be showing up on the actual product page…would assume it would simply replace the standard price position…above the description tab.

Im using WP 5.0.3, and the latest update of the plugin: v1.12
Standard tests i ran before submitting this:

    1. turned off all plugins except woocommerce and ultracart
    2. tried with the standard 2019 theme

Please advise. I couldn’t find any documentations for use within woocommerce.
    Thank you!

Can you post an example of the WP post that you have the shortcodes embedded into for review? If you want to reach out to [email protected] as well we can schedule a remote support troubleshooting call later in the week where one of the WP engineers reviews what you have going on with the hybrid installation of UltraCart and Woocommerce side by side.

I did post an example…2 links.
1st link is a screen capture of the admin for the specific product page and the ultracart custom field with the shortcode in place.
Second link (“the page i need help with”) is the actual product page, where it should be showing up. (Assuming it should be above the description tab.)
there are no UC elements in the HTML when looking at the page code.

As noted, if i place the shortcode in the “short description” field/tab…then it works fine. But, its on a tab and not always visible.
Im thinking it should be above the tab area.

I reached out to support the same day…but just opened a case today.
