Documentation for Graphic Sizes?

I have been trying to find some sort of documentation for Minamaze.
In particular, it would be great if we had a chart of each of the graphics used and their sizes.
For example, what is the recommended best size/proportions for the slider graphics and the three Menu boxe graphics?
