does not work, using the category name

[wpt_productions category_name=”art-theatre” start=”now”]
this works using the category slug.

Documentation says:

Show productions in the drama and music categories:

[wpt_productions category_name=”drama,music”]
END

TO be accurate it needs to say,
START
Show productions in the drama and music categories:

[wpt_productions category_name=”drama,music”]
Use the category slug, not the category name: “slug1, slug2”.
END
