Follow the below steps for theme setup,
Homepage Setup:

1. Go to Dashboard >> Pages >> Add New, Create a new page and name it as “Home” then select the template “Custom Home Page” and publish it.
2. Go to Dashboard >> Settings >> Reading, Select the option of Static Page, now select the page you created to be the homepage.
Topbar Section:

1. Go to Customizer >> Theme Settings >> Top Bar, add phone number & email address.
Social Icons:
=================
1. Go to Customizer >> Theme Settings >> Social Icons, add social links.
Banner Section:
================
1. Go to Dashboard >> Pages >> Add New, Create a new Page and name it, set its featured image of size (1500px 800px), add the content, and publish the page.
2. Go to Customizer >> Theme Settings >> Banner Settings, select the page of Banner that you have created, and add a heading, opening date, month & year and publish it.
