Document upload

    Hi ??

    I need customers to upload some documentation before their account can be approved

    How can I choose only: PDF, TEXT, PNG as valid formats in the form field “File Upload”?

    It seems like I only can chose those who are listed next to each other and not skip a format like .rar

    Can someone please help as it is a huge disadvantage for customers.

    Hello @zaida01

    Use the “Allowed File Types” control in the “File Upload” field settings to select file types you need: PDF, TEXT, PNG.

    The “Allowed File Types” control is a standard multi-select element. Press Ctrl key and click an item to select/deselect it. The Macintosh equivalent of the Windows Ctrl key is the ? key.
