Document Status

Once a user submits a document, does admin have the ability to tag the submissions as either “pending/submitted” “accepted” or “rejected”. Initially, everything would be tagged “pending/submitted”. If it’s rejected, admin would need the ability to alter the tag, comment on the document posted and describe the reason for rejection. This would require the ability for the user to re-upload an updated document.
