Document Shortcode not finding document

  • Just starting with Shortcodes Ultimate and cannot get the Document shortcode to find my pdf file. It gives the error: “Sorry, we were unable to find…”. However, the URL in the Error box is correct, and I can download the file from the link.

    Also, if I a set a button shortcode to the URL, it works perfectly.

    Oops. Looking at the source, I found the problem: I am working on my localhost and the document I wanted to open is not accessible to the google reader.
