Document Review Plugin

  • I’m looking for a plugin that will allow me to force a user to review and agree to a document. It would be great if it could pop up on login if they haven’t reviewed it yet to remind them. Eg, I could send out a new employee policy manual and everyone has to check a box saying they saw it. Then I could know who has/hasn’t done it.

  • What if they are like me? Lazy and disinterested so I check the box (because you insist) and then go on about my business.

    Checking a box is no proof of understanding or compliance.

    BTW: If I do work for you then please ignore my answer.

    Oh, I don’t care if someone actually reads it. I just need to know that they checked the box that says they read it.
