Document (PDF) Review & Submission Plugin

Hello,

We are a company that requires customers to complete a form after they signup for our service. They must also submit ID information.

Currently we are using Rightsignature that allows us to embed the form into our wordpress site. The customer completes the form and signs the form and uploads their ID’s and then submits it. We can then review it on the rightsignature site and we have to send the form back via email.

I am trying to get this into a wordpress plugin where we use progress bars to help the customer see their progress as they complete the form and all the difference processes.

Make any sense? I am looking for a plugin to achieve this.
