Document Bank – allowing people to upload their contributions?

    Is there a plugin or program I can use for this purpose…

    I am going to host a document bank as part of my website… instead of having people email the documents to me and me needing to upload them, add the information and link them on a page etc… Is there a plugin or program I can use to do this?

    That is basically what I would like to be able to do.
