Document Attachment

  • I am getting an error uploading an attachment. It states “An error occurred in the upload. Please try again later”

    Can you share more information about your setup?

    – Does the error occur with admin as well as non-admin users?
    – Does it happen in all browsers (IE, Firefox, Chrome, etc)?
    – Does it happen during Doc creation only, or also when attempting to attach items to existing Docs?
