Doc’s wrong and desktop not showing the same banner (fronend – backend)

Hello, so i posted another ticket but i can’t edit him, so i open a new one just on this subject.
i had a problem with the header in the mobile i try to search a little bit of information online and i found this:

This is not working.
More than that, have issue on the desktop with the logo.
i tried to set up little logo, in the backend banner everything look fine.
But in the frontend it’s look like this (screenshot backend – frontend):
In the mobile, only the title works. Except that logo not adjusting or something in the mobile.
After that, i found this one:

This does the job, but in the mobile on iPhone 7 and down (6, 6s, 5, 5s)
It’s not look good and don’t have space between the buttons.
