Doc viewer stopped working

    I installed the google docs embed plugin yesterday, used it to embed two documents, and everything seemed to be running fine. I checked the site later last night and the viewer no longer shows up on the pages. There’s still a link to download both documents, but nothing else shows up on the page. Any ideas? I tried deactivating and reactivating the plugin and nothing happened. Thanks.

  • This is also happening to me on a different Google Docs embedding plugin, I believe there is an issue on Google’s end with this one based on the number of reports in the last 24hrs.

    You could be right it’s (hopefully) a temporary issue on Google’s end.

    Please do provide links to test pages showing (non-working) embeds though, and I’ll take a look if it continues to be a problem.

    I just tried embedding a PDF myself, and it works at the moment.
