Doble post on activity stream

Hi, I really love your plugin, it does exactly what I need to be done.
However I’ve got a problem with double posted images on my buddypress activity stream. If I post image on any of may bbpress forums it will display on activity stream double, two identical images one after another. This won’t happen if I just paste link to the picture it happens only when image was uploaded to the server.
