DOB not recognised?

    I have setup Events Made Easy so that profile links can be sent using DOB (the user clicks on ‘get new email link’ and are asked to give their DOB for authentication).

    Even though I have CUT AND PASTE the DOB of the relevant profile into the DOB field, it gives me an error ‘No DOB matching record can be found’!

    What the hell is going on? I know the DOB matches – I cut and paste it and have ensured it is in the right format! How can my users manage their profile if it won’t let them in with accurate information?

    What do I do?

    Events Made Easy and profile links? I have no idea what you are talking about … and DOB means nothing to me either. Are you sure you are talking about the right plugin?
