do_shortcode won’t work

I just begin to use your great plugin, but found some drawbacks.
As Stripe script is loaded only for posts including plugin shortcode, it’s therefor impossible to make do_shortcode work in a script (use of do_shortcode is often useful in endpoints templates code).
I think addition of apply_filter on output in wp_head function would solve this.
