Do you want to leave this site message when pulishing new pages

A weird message has appeared since the last update. I updated this plugin and WP 4.5.2 at the same time but when I deactivate this plugin the error does not show.
Don’t know why it’s related to to this plugin but when I create a NEW page or post and hit PUBLISH at error message appears at the top.

Changes you made may not be saved.Two button – LEAVE and STAY appear.
If I choose LEAVE the page is published as normal.
It’s definitely to do with this plugin because I have REMOVED all other plugins on a test site except this one and the message still appears.
As soon as I deactivate this plugin the message does NOT display.
I hope someone can help. I am using the plugin version 2.1.3
