Do you take contributions?

Hi… I like the plugin and see that you have some of the hooks built into the PHP code that I want to tweak a little. Do you mind if I make the changes and send you what I changed? They will be done in a way that would help users in general (e.g., sizes, columns, limit the number of items, etc.).
