Do you have to set up a multisite when setting up a staging site?

    Hi,

    I have website.com and new.website.co.za (where the staging will take place). I am buying a theme, but I’m unsure what happens regarding the regular licence?

    Is it chilled that it’s on a subdomain?

    Or do I have to set up a multisite? (I would prefer not to do this)
