I’d be more than happy to help you along. The search tool for Car Demon is built in and based on the criteria entered for the vehicles. It’s not something that can be easily separated.

Can you explain a little more what you’re trying to accomplish?

Yes sir, if you have ever bought any auto parts online you will know exactly what im talking about.

    1. You select a year in the drop down box.
    [2010]

    2. the second box populates with automakers, let say i select honda
    [Honda]

    3. 3rd box populates with models, let say i select accord
    [Accord]

    4. 4th box does trim and so on.. i know your program does that, but my end game is to get to an part number and have the customer click on the part number, not sure if that can be done through your program. Thank you for your time!

I see, you’re wanting to use it for auto parts sales.

Dang, that’s a good idea for an add-on PlugIn. It has a lot of potential.

If I had more development time I would start writing it right now, but my development time is too limited to do it effectively in any reasonable amount of time.

Wish I could be more help on this right now, but I’m afraid the Car Demon PlugIn itself would require some large changes to work effectively for your purpose.

Maybe someone else will chime in and offer some suggestions?

Jay, thanks for the reply. I found a program that does what i wanted, but it seems to be a lot of work.
