If I understand correctly (a screenshot would help), checking your website, the word “Tag” seems to be coming from your theme.

Please understand that it is basically impossible to create a plugin targeting a display of such words coming from themes. Every theme can display these completely differently, there is no standard here.

The Archive Title plugin works well with probably every WordPress website because it taps onto WordPress native functionality. It is theme (and other plugins) independent.

To remove the word “Tag” from your website please contact your theme developer.

Thanks Oliver I’ve tried contacting the Theme developers with no response, so I’ve been trying to find a CSS script but as you said all Themes are different so no standard script works. I’ve been looking at the Theme function.php file but it only has one line of code referring to TAGS

//add theme support for title tag
add_theme_support(‘title-tag’);

There are two other mentions but they refer to archive Tag and product tag so not much to go after

I personally am a theme developer and please understand I can only provide support for my own products.

If you provide a screenshot of what specifically you want to remove, I may be able to provide some more tips for you to try.
