    Following the last update about a week ago, I’m now getting this error message and I’m unable to visit any of the other tabs in WP Admin > UpdraftPlus, apart from Backup/Restore.
    I’ve gone through the stages outlined in your help article on this issue, such as deactivating all plugins and using a default theme, but the only place that is showing anything unusual is in ‘Console’, where it appears it’s picking up a few things, whether Updraft is activated or deactivated.
    This is where I reach the end of my skillset, so do you have any pointers for me for further investigation, please?

    What happens if you try a different web browser, with no browser add-ons active?

    Thanks for the speedy reply.
    I just tried using Firefox Private and it’s exactly the same.
    Also, it’s only happening on my subdomain. My main site is okay.

    Hi,

    The free version of the plugin is not compatible with multi sites, your backup will not be restorable.

    You need the Premium plugin for multi sites.

    It sounds like you are using the free plugin on a multisite?

    The free plugin is not compatible with multisites, your backup will not be restorable. You will need to use the Premium plugin.

    Okay, I was not aware of that. It’s been fine for months and I have completed restores multiple times.
    Could this issue be connected?

    Hi Jasper,

    It’s much better to respond on the separate topic thread you’ve started for the other issue.
    There could be a connection as you’re using the plugin for something which may not work.

    I’m going to deactivate the plugin on my main domain and keep an eye on what happens, so I’ll mark this as resolved for now and get back to you if I continue to have a problem, thanks.
