    Still, SNAP has a lot of features and others cannot beat on this.

    I am also a paid user and I only need to use this for ONE social media, so it is still running on my site.

    As everyone said, the owner never replied. This is shame.

    I have got contact with him about 3 months ago and I got some info. I am writing this on here, since he did not reply me for the last question.

    1. He said the current version is running good on his side…. Meaning, he thinks it is not this plugin’s fault. It is your fault that you have not set it up right. (I guess…)

    2. He mentioned that the major update is coming on Sept 2021… Oh, this month!

    Anyway, reading on every single pages of SNAP, I suppose he is thinking “he does not need to reply on ALL questions”. Well…, For any businesses on this planet, a customer support is the most important factor to run it.

    That is all for now. I just wait for the new update…

    We also switched to FS Poster 6 months ago because of the atrocious service from Nextscripts.

    Don’t waste your time with Nextscripts. Life is too short short!

    FS Poster responds to service requests the same day!

    FS poster does NOT pull the comments back into your WP site
    When SNAP actually worked with FB groups back in the day, this was the one invaluable option no one else offered…
