Do WP-EVENT MANAGER require Hearbeat?

    In order for wp-event manager and plugins to work effectively do we need to have hearbeat on and if so what is the recommended seconds?

    WordPress does have default configurations for the Heartbeat API. By default, the Heartbeat API is enabled, and it uses a heartbeat interval of 15 seconds for most areas of the WordPress admin dashboard. So you don’t need to anything, by default it is enabled.
