Do These Plugins Exist: Noteworthy Comments and/or Our Comments Elsewhere

There are two features I’d like to have in our sidebar:

1. I’d like a way to mark certain comments are particularly noteworthy and display an excerpt as well as the author name, etc. in the sidebar. Is there a plugin for this?

2. I’d also like a way to automatically list in the sidebar comments that my group blog’s writers have made at other blogs. I think I saw something like this before, but I couldn’t figure out if it worked with multiple authors.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
