Do these features exist in this plugin?

It seems to me that this plugin is full of bugs, but I am no expert, so perhaps there are solutions to the following issues? Please help.

1. On the product review page, the reviews appear with the word “Score” in each field description. How do I delete that word “Score”? https://genoprint.com/review/what-happened-to-the-stars/

2. On the review form, I want to get rid of the built-in text that appears under the forms, such as: “What title should be displayed with your review?”

3. Author field – a. Shouldn’t the author field be known and pre-populated or not asked if the user is already logged in? b. Why does the author field have two lines and how do I get rid of that extra line?

4. How do I populate these dropdown fields (Product Type and Application) with WooCommerce categories?

5. I selected “yes” for “Review Category, if applicable” in the In-depth form options, yet no category appears on the form. How do I make this “applicable” so that user can select from category options?

6. Is it possible to add tags to reviews?
