Do surveys we create post from our website itself or from opinionstage.com?

    I have installed your plugin and when I choose to create a survey, I’m taken to your website to sign up. I have done this and am now at the stage of creating a survey. Once I have completed creating my survey, where does it show from for users to participate in it? Does it show that it comes from opinionstage.com or is everything served up via a widget added to my WordPress website itself?

    Hi there,
    Everything is served up via a widget added to your website. After creating the survey, Just click “Add to Site” and copy/paste the WordPress shortcut to any post/page or sidebar of your site.

    Thank you! I may have missed it, but what is the cost to use this service? Are there add-ons that can be purchased to expand the plugins features?

    In short, our business is interested in a lower cost alternative to SurveyMonkey that can ideally be served through our WordPress website to get feedback from our customer base. We will give them a set of statements about what we did and request a rating scale of 1 to 5 on our performance.

    We would like to send these out via an email blast and be able to record the results in some way.
