  • Generally speaking:

    search engines index any pages they can follow via a link.

    1. a link is not a link inside a flash file
    2. a link is not a javascript link.

    search engines dont read flash, and they dont read js. (at least Googlebot will not)

    3. Search engines (those that adhere to robots.txt) will not index pages (locations) that are expressly denied inside a properly created robots.txt file.

    You must give some time to crawl all of your urls for search engines, and make sure that you have unique content,if not: search engines may not want to index your site.

    Here’s some proof that search engines index more than the home page:

    Google: site:www.remarpro.com

    Yahoo: site:www.remarpro.com

    Search engines may not each index *all* pages of a website, but you can see that they do indeed go beyond the first page.
