    Hello.

    My plugin do not work on site vip-moneta.ru. my version WordPress- 6.3.2.

    I sow error – I creating new post and it not created. Support of hosting say me what problem in your plugin.

    What me doing?!

    Hi @vitalass!

    Currently on your website I can see our slider’s shortcode, which means our PHP codes are not running. My first suggestions is, that on your website you seem to have Smart Slider 3.5.1.4, which is 2 years old. Our latest version is 3.5.1.21, so please go to your Plugins list and update your Smart Slider!

    After that, do you see a Smart Slider menupoint within your WordPress left admin menu? Because if not, some system requirement might don’t match. At these cases as you see here, we display a notice on top of your page. Do you see some error message there?
