What do you have in the Additional Settings tab?

on_submit: “ga(‘send’, ‘event’, ‘button’, ‘click’, ‘send_messaget’);”

on_submit: "yaCounter35497050.reachGoal('send_messaget');"
on_submit: "ga('send', 'event', 'button', 'click', 'send_messaget');"

Try removing the both lines.
