Do Not Use With Short timelines

  • Only Use this product if you have time to wait for support and troubleshoot, as you can see there are a lot of issue being reported, I would not trust this product as a sole backup solution, not reliable.

    Hi,

    I can see that you opened a support topic for our free version, and that one of our staff replied to you 6 hours later – that’s pretty good for free, is it not?

    113 new topics (not all of which are issues being reported, many are questions about usage etc.) in 2 months, for a plugin with over 3,000,000 active installations means 1 new topic (of whatever sort) for every 4,500 installations. Or put another way, the average installation is resulting in 1 topic being opened every 12 years.
