• refund policy is ridiculous, the plugin’s essential function needs premium version which costs $100+, then the premium version broke my site, so I asked to cancel the order and refund the money several hours after the purchase, they just refused, they asked for login credentials of my site which I have the right to not give to, so they refuse to cancel the order and NO RESPONSE for 20 DAYS. Going to file complaints about this, review here to warn everyone that do not let them steal money from you.

    We apologies for this experience.

    According to our refund policy if a customer reports an issue with the plugin our team takes a look at it to check what is the exact issue or if there is an issue. As we have noticed it is sometimes only configuration change that makes the plugin work. We don’t ask to share the credentials, we can check the issue by a screen share session. In case, we are not able to sort out the issue, we can initiate a refund.

    @cyberlord92 There is no reason to report this topic, the user left a (valid) review of their experiences with your products, the volunteer moderators are here to handle support guideline violations, not deal with your disgruntled users.

    I do ask that you not post your emails asking users to share their logins or screen share sessions, we do not allow this on the forums, and I have as such edited out the emails in your previous reply.
