Do not update GeoIp

Hello,
I’m working on, but GeoIP has subsequently blacklisted my IP making it difficult tests. When I finish work I put a correction. In the meantime it is always possible to make a manual update as shown here:
manually download the database files to your wp-content/GeoIP/ directory. The database files can be found on MaxMind’s website:
* https://geolite.maxmind.com/download/geoip/database/GeoLiteCity.dat.gz
* https://geolite.maxmind.com/download/geoip/database/GeoLiteCountry/GeoIP.dat.gz
You must unzip these file before use with 7-Zip or a similar ZIP program (https://7-zip.org/)

… Put the file on your webserver and test downloads from there. Create a testing server and directory like:

https://www.my-test-server.com/download/geoip/database/GeoLiteCity.dat.gz

no one will ban you there! ??
Before putting youe plugin on line, you can modify the code with the real GeoIP server’s url.
