Do not update!!

  • This update crashed two of my sites and help is slooooow – although I have premium licenses.

    As with many themes (and plugins) during the switch over to the recent WP update, this theme update is not working correctly yet.

    Better to wait for V X.X.1

    We haven’t received any queries with the site going down with the latest update. Can you help us with any error if you have enabled the debug log?

    Also, do share the ticket ID or concerned email ID we shall check the status and help you out accordingly.

    Is already with your support. Your support mails do not have ticket IDs.

    I have been waiting three days now for help, but all I am getting is: “Do a manual updated (via SFTP).”

    Even that does not help.

    All plugins and themes off (only TwentyTwenty on), even Astra theme and Astra plugins off, Astra still throws errors. That should not be possible but it shows how deep the problems are.

    Hello, I think I have the same problem. I updated the astra theme today and it tells me that the theme is damaged and if I try to enter the web it does not work and the message is missing the style sheet.
    Please help!

    In the mean time Astra support has tried updating on my staging server and they have encountered the same problem:

    Status is, this is escalated to their engineers.

    Thanks Zuma! I have restored yesterday’s backup so that it works for now. Maybe you can do this

    Now, I have updated astra and it has worked. You can try it

    We haven’t received any similar ticket with such an issue, it could be something environment-specific.
